Genesis Management LLC. in Polanco, Mexico City, is seeking a VIP Specialist — Loyalty & Retention Sales. You will call existing customers who are fans of the company to renew, upsell, and cross-sell, with high-volume conversations and a production bonus.

The role requires advanced English, 1–3 years in inside sales, CRM experience, and strong phone skills. On-site work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (8:00 AM–5:00 PM after the U.S. time change) in a fintech BPO environment.

Formación

• Advanced English (B2+/C1) required for all calls.
• 1–3 years in inside sales, call center, or retail sales; inside sales weighted heaviest.
• Solid computer and English typing skills; comfortable in MS Office and a CRM.
• Excellent on the phone: persuasive, professional, and able to listen.
• Able to run multiple tools without dropping the conversation.

Responsabilidades

• Dial existing clients daily — renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells.
• Close new applications from customers with whom you have built rapport.
• Underwrite repeat applications against the company risk policy.
• Run outbound promos across softphone, email, and SMS.
• Keep every account clean: accurate notes, updated records, zero loose ends.
• Hold outstanding QA scores while you hit your numbers.
• Relay customer trends and feedback to the team to improve calls.
