• 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
• Experience managing performance marketing campaigns and optimizing growth metrics.
• Experience managing and optimizing digital media investments.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience developing strategies that enhance brand positioning and brand equity.
• Ability to lead agencies and cross-functional teams in a results-oriented environment.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English (professional proficiency) required to collaborate with regional and global teams.
