Qualifications

• High School Degree/Equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points).
• Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative tasks to support front-line operations and coordination for the clearance process; respond to customer needs.
• Ensure customer information is properly documented and entered into the system on a timely basis.
• Type or prepare various operations and customer reports and ensure shipments are manifested or reported as needed.
• Provide current package status updates, monitor shipment movement, and interpret system updates.
• May perform other duties related to front-line operations and customer service as assigned.
