FedEx Express México is hiring a Warehouse Agent II to support frontline operations in Toluca, with emphasis on data entry and accurate documentation. The role requires working full-time in Toluca and involves handling shipments and coordination with carriers.

The candidate should have a High School degree or equivalent, good English skills, and at least two years in international freight/cargo procedures. Forklift experience is preferred and a commitment to safety is essential.

Formación

• High School degree/Equivalent is required.
• Good English Skills are required.
• Two years of experience in international freight/cargo customs policies, procedures, rules, and laws preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for movement of packages and documentation within FedEx facilities and/or customs/forwarders.
• Maintains customs documentation and files.
• Distributes relevant customs paperwork to appropriate departments, raters, and forwarders.
• Receives customs releases and coordinates in-bond transfers.
• Performs sorting and baggage support at airport and station; retrieves air freight as required.
