Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and human relations skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and handle packages up to 150 lbs (68 kgs).
• Able to work variable shifts.
• Good general office skills: typing, filing, computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products and services.
• Types or prepares various operations reports.
• Handles customers with packages in cage and maintains records (airway bills).
• Reviews airway bills and interfaces with customers on customs issues.
• Provides administrative support to Station Ops Manager.
