Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Learning Management System Administrator to support global LMS operations, workflows, and audits. You will create training modules, manage user accounts, and resolve LMS issues with IT and vendor teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years' experience with Cornerstone or similar systems; strong English communication; MS Office proficiency; and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience working with a learning management system (Cornerstone or Cornerstone SBX).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Proficient in the maintenance of the global Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create learning-related activities (e.g., training modules, courses, learning matrices) within the LMS for SOPs and training.
• Resolve LMS-related queries from end users and maintain the LMS support center in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.
• Provide documentation, FAQs, and guidelines to ensure consistent LMS operation.
• Retrieve training records and reports during audits and inspections and respond to training-related findings.
• Manage user accounts and security for the LMS; support project and department needs.
• Develop standards, processes, procedures, and quality checks to maintain system configuration.
• Deliver training-related reports to the business and mentor new team members.
