Farmers Insurance is seeking an Internal Trainer in Mexico to deliver established learning solutions, design and execute training programs, and analyze performance gaps. The role supports Service Operations audiences from supervisory to professional levels while leveraging LMS tools to ensure a seamless learning experience.

The incumbent will work with stakeholders to align training with business strategy, facilitate sessions, and measure effectiveness to drive tangible results.

Formación

• Two years of Learning & Development (L&D) or training experience.
• Experience providing customer support.
• 1 year of contact center experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in insurance or related field preferred.
• Availability to work 5 days a week within a 7am-9pm CT window.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates Learning Solutions and delivers instruction.
• Partners with stakeholders to identify learning opportunities and drive results.
• Manages learning solution administration and LMS usage.
• Collaborates across functions to improve curriculum and training outcomes.

Conocimientos

Bilingual English/Spanish

L&D training experience

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in business/education (preferred)
