Job summary

Baubap is seeking a lifecycle communications lead to drive a meaningful uplift in collections metrics through end-to-end design across channels, CRM, and customer support.

You will apply behavioral psychology, channel logic, and data-driven testing to decide who to talk to, what to say, when, and how to measure the impact on default, loss, and recovery rates. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, CX and Data is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle communications or retention marketing; fintech/financial services preferred.
• Proven experience owning communication programs that moved a hard business metric.
• Experience in collections, payments, repayment behavior or risk-adjacent communication is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle communication design and execution across channels.
• Analyze data to build a coherent strategy and defend it with ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX and Data; establish SLAs and governance.
• Design and run guardrails, dashboards, and rollout plans.
