Job summary

Power Digital in Mexico is seeking a Vertical Data Operations Lead (B2B & Lead Gen) to own data onboarding, integrations, and measurement readiness across CRM, MAPs, and demand-gen platforms. You will lead data intake sessions, document definitions, configure CRM fields, and ensure clean mapping from unstructured sources using AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data operations or marketing analytics with client-facing responsibilities.
• Deep hands-on experience with B2B and Lead Gen data ecosystems.
• Proven ability to ingest and normalize unstructured lead data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data onboarding for B2B and Lead Gen clients post-signature.
• Lead data intake sessions documenting lead definitions and pipeline mapping.
• Coordinate data pipelines across CRM, MAPs, and demand-gen tools.
• Ingest unstructured lead data sources using AI-assisted mapping.
• Validate integrations and hand off to analytics engineering.
• Maintain client-facing integration documentation.
