Element Fleet Management seeks a Collections Supervisor to lead the AR/Collections portfolio, reduce past-due balances, and drive key KPI performance. This role oversees B2B accounts, coordinates with Billing, Cash Application, Customer Care, Commercial, and Finance, and coaches the collections team to improve cash flow and risk management.

The position requires strong leadership, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of Mexican invoicing regulations (SAT/CFDI).
