Klar seeks a Business Architect to own end-to-end credit operations in Collections, building scalable data flows and robust reporting. You will define metrics, automate processes, and partner with Operations, Finance, Credit, and Product to align data with strategy.

You’ll work in a fast-paced startup environment, improving cross-functional workflows while delivering measurable performance and risk insights. Strong data skills and English communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or quantitative field.
• Intermediate/Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Intermediate Python skills.
• Advanced Excel with complex data analysis.
• Experience working with data in operational or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Advanced English in business communication.
• Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve Credit Bureau-related processes within Collections, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and operational robustness.
• Map, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows across bureau reporting and Collections products.
• Design and enhance reporting frameworks to track portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and recovery outcomes.
• Define and monitor performance metrics for internal and external operational teams.
• Establish governance structures and standardized reporting for operational performance and incentive schemes.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems to proactively detect risks and gaps.
• Lead analytical initiatives to understand delinquency behavior and segmentation opportunities.
• Identify structural process gaps and propose scalable improvements.
• Automate reporting and manual workflows using SQL and internal tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Credit, and Product.
