Baubap in Mexico is seeking a Growth Lifecycle Lead to drive measurable uplifts in acquisition and growth metrics. You will own the communication layer of the customer lifecycle, from first touch to expansion, ensuring every decision ties to business outcomes with data and experimentation.

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle communications or retention marketing; fintech/fintech-like growth favored.
• Proven track record owning initiatives that moved business metrics (activation, retention, LTV).
• Experience designing and reading experiments (A/B tests, cohorts, attribution).
• Hands-on with Braze or similar engagement platform; ability to segment, personalize and report.

Responsabilidades

• Own the lifecycle communication strategy end-to-end: journey design, copy, CRM execution, and cross-channel coordination.
• Design, run and measure experiments to validate movement in key metrics.
• Build channel logic for acquisition/activation moments and defend it with results.
