Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred.
• Working knowledge of related financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure.
• General understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines and regulations.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Train team members and monitor quality of work; provide feedback on performance.
• Track data submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursals to meet targets.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing activities.
• Serve as first point of contact for client concerns or questions.
• Analyze client interests and potential needs for new products and services.
• Conduct meetings with clients, vendors, and channels; pursue revenue optimization.
• Support team members, including sales executives and tele-callers.
• Organize marketing activities to generate new leads and business.
• Perform initial risk analysis to ensure Citi policy fitment and compliance.
