Citi in León, Mexico is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to lead a team within Consumer Sales. You will train, monitor performance, and drive outbound client acquisition while ensuring service quality and alignment with Citi policies.

This full-time, 100% on-site role requires 0-2 years in sales, familiarity with financial regulations, and strong communication. You will organize marketing activities, analyze client needs, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred.
• Working knowledge of related financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure.
• General understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines and regulations.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate across various teams.

Responsabilidades

• Train team members and monitor quality of work, providing feedback.
• Track data such as submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursals to meet targets.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing activities.
• Serve as first contact for client concerns or questions.
• Analyze client interests, problems, and potential needs for new products.
• Conduct meetings with clients, vendors, and channels and drive revenue optimization.
• Receive training and assist team members including sales executives and tele-callers.
• Organize marketing activities to generate new leads and business.
• Perform first level risk analysis and ensure compliance with Citi policies.
