• Manage a sales team by setting targets and monitoring progress against them, communicating expectations, clearly defining sales strategies and the business vision, and addressing the needs of individual team members
• Resolve issues with client accounts in an effective and efficient manner
• Facilitate and simplify the development of team territory and client plans, consistent with company sales strategies
• Develop team targets and coach members in reaching and exceeding targets by monitoring quality and quantity of work
• Ensure that the team delivers appropriate levels of service
• Monitor clients’ orders and resolve issues accurately, ensuring accuracy and promptness
• Ensures compliance of managed team to all Citibank policies
• Resource locations appropriately, ensuring that staffing needs are met
• Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance with laws and regulations, and escalate/report control issues
