Citi in León, Mexico is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to lead a commercial team and coordinate with the Consumer Sales unit to deliver sales and customer support services. The role focuses on ensuring Citi clients receive seamless support while driving sales targets.

The position is 100% on-site in León, with leadership responsibilities over a sales force including tele-callers and reps, and requires strict adherence to Citi policies and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred.
• Working knowledge of related financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure.
• General understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines and regulations.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate across various teams.

Responsabilidades

• Train team members and monitor performance.
• Track data submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursals to meet targets.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing.
• First point of contact for client concerns or questions.
• Analyze client interests, problems and potential need for new products.
