Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Team Lead in Zacatecas to provide leadership and direction to a sales support team, ensuring seamless delivery of Citi client services and supporting the Consumer Sales team in meeting targets.

The role involves managing performance, coaching, and hiring activities while driving revenue growth through cross-selling and effective risk management. 100% on-site, with emphasis on meeting regional sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
• Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
• Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
