Job summary

TP México seeks a Leadership & Development Sr. Manager to drive onboarding excellence and leadership readiness across the organization. You will define structures, manage stakeholders, and shape learning strategies to align with business needs and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include designing programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing immersive learning experiences to strengthen the talent pool in a fast-growing environment. Fluency in English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Lean Thinking or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience in managing leadership development initiatives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Directs the design, planning, and implementation of operational leadership development initiatives.
• Build and deliver against a workforce/headcount plan for the organization.
• Lead training programs and ensure execution at all levels.
• Design continuous improvement strategies for KPIs and processes.
• Develop and measure immersive learning experiences across modalities.
