Legal Management Group is seeking an Education Coordinator in Guadalajara or Tijuana, Mexico. This on-site, full-time role leads the employee training lifecycle—from onboarding to content development and LMS administration—and collaborates with department leaders and SMEs to improve learning outcomes.

You will manage training materials, coordinate onboarding programs, and measure effectiveness to drive performance improvements across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 2–4+ years in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or similar role.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
• Experience developing instructional materials, e-learning content, quizzes, and assessments.
• Experience administering an LMS, preferably TalentLMS.
• Experience coordinating onboarding or employee training programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Conduct TNAs based on business needs, KPIs, quality findings, and performance trends.
• Define learning objectives and success metrics for training initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding across departments.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Administer TalentLMS, including course assignments and learner support.
• Track attendance, completion, quiz results, and onboarding feedback.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
