Job summary

Oferta confidencial in Mexico is seeking a Training Coordinator to own our training and development strategy end-to-end, from identifying needs to measuring impact, while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

You will design, deliver, and coordinate programs, manage budgets, partner with external providers, track effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on training and development experience.
• Advanced English with ability to deliver trainings in English.
• Experience administering training programs and maintaining records/databases.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own the training and development strategy from start to finish, including identifying needs and measuring impact.
• Define training objectives and manage the training budget; build the Annual Training Program.
• Create, implement and coordinate training programs and onboarding for new hires.
• Partner with external providers, institutions, and consultants to grow the course catalog.
• Track training effectiveness via indicators and keep records and audit-ready databases.
