Job summary

Intuitive in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Management & Development to lead talent strategies for manufacturing and regional HR.

Reporting to Global Talent Management, you will drive leadership development, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development programs at Mexicali manufacturing sites, collaborating with COE and regional HR partners. You will design and deliver adult learning interventions, coach leaders, manage vendor relationships, and oversee change

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in Talent Management or related HR functions.
• Strong facilitation skills for leadership development and onboarding.
• Proven ability to develop talent programs and manage change across regional settings.
• Strategic thinker able to balance vision with execution.
• Ability to coach multi-level leaders across multicultural environments.
• Experience with vendors and external training providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent and succession planning and develop leadership pipelines.
• Manage regional talent specialists and share best practices globally.
• Collaborate with COE and HR to design and evaluate talent programs.
• Localize learning initiatives for manufacturing context and regulatory needs.
