Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, HR, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
• Coordinate with external training providers and maintain the catalog.
• Manage training objectives and budget.
• Review and validate SOPs related to training activities.
• Deliver onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and certification requirements.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance indicators.
• Document and register training programs with authorities.
