Job summary

Teletrac Navman seeks an experienced Manager, Learning & Development to lead global onboarding and sales training programs in Monterrey, Mexico. You will partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver training while managing learning resources and materials for the sales engine.

The role sets training strategy, including onboarding for new hires, and collaborates with the leadership team to develop materials that enable staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training sales teams.
• Well-versed in adult learning theory and its application in a work setting.
• Demonstrated success in design, development and delivery of sales training.
• Project Management skills with multiple tasks/projects
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a good business acumen.
• Coaching certifications or demonstrated experience preferred.
• Training certifications such as FIRO, DiSC, True Colors, CPLP, etc. a plus.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, video editing, and content creation tools.
• LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction of training needs for the organization.
• Own and manage development of all sales onboarding and enablement.
• Design, develop and execute key learning and development programs (e-learning, classroom, blended).
• Manage corporate initiatives and organizational training plans.
• Oversee ongoing course development/inclusion in the LMS for assigned departments.
• Ensure linkage of learning programs with HR and talent processes.
