Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience in consulting or agency settings preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and autonomous in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice on recruitment best practices.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and ATS to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to offer.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
