Placements24 seeks a Senior Recruitment and Selection Consultant to join its fully remote team, delivering best-in-class global recruitment services for hard-to-fill roles across geographies. Lead end-to-end processes, design innovative sourcing strategies, and assess candidates with competency-based interviews.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of international recruitment experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field (Master’s a plus), and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of recruitment and selection experience with international/global focus.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for senior/executive roles across countries.
• Deep understanding of global labor markets and cross-border recruitment challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles for international clients.
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and background checks.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients across time zones.
• Provide strategic insights on global talent trends and market intelligence.
• Utilize ATS, CRM, and recruitment tech to optimize sourcing and candidate management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across regions.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
