You will collaborate with a distributed team, stay current on global employment laws, and use advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting with international exposure.
• Proven track record managing searches for senior-level and specialized roles across countries.
• Fluency in English essential; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for international clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify global candidates.
• Perform behavioral and competency-based candidate assessments.
• Advise clients with market insights and recruitment solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines from application to offer.
• Collaborate with a distributed team using digital tools.
• Stay updated on global labor market trends, laws, and compliance.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of recruitment methodologies.
