Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a part-time, fully remote position. You will support recruitment processes, source, screen, and engage qualified candidates, and work with senior consultants to ensure service delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and proficient with online recruitment tools; a high school diploma is required with certifications seen as a plus. This role offers a flexible schedule and exposure to diverse client scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and online sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions using online job boards, social media, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support senior consultants with various recruitment tasks as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process.
• Contribute to building talent pipelines for key client roles.
