Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant for Global Recruitment and International Mobility. This fully remote role serves an international client base, designing and executing cross-border talent strategies, expatriate management, and immigration compliance across markets.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for international roles, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with global partners. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, international business, law, or related field.
• 7+ years in global talent acquisition or mobility consulting.
• Experience with executive search and international recruitment projects.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement global recruitment strategies for diverse talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles, including executives.
• Advise on international labor laws, visas, and compliance.
• Oversee expatriate assignments, relocation, compensation, and benefits.
• Conduct market benchmarking for global compensation and talent trends.
• Partner with global recruitment firms and service providers.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cross-border service delivery.
