This remote-first role requires a proactive, highly autonomous professional with a track record in executive search. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition, a strong network, and fluency in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive search, retained recruiting, or senior-level talent acquisition.
• Experience placing senior executives across industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Director-level roles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Lead in-depth interviews and assessments of executive talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients at senior levels.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative talent acquisition advice to clients.
• Manage end-to-end search processes with confidentiality and efficiency.
• Network within target industries to identify candidates and trends.
• Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience.
