Job summary

Sangfor Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a proactive recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Mexico and LATAM. You will lead campus programs, coordinate university partnerships and career fairs, and work closely with local managers and HQ HR to align requirements.

You will build talent pipelines across sales, presales, tech support and product roles. Impressive sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn and local Mexican platforms, with a focus on improving time-to-fill and candidate

Qualifications

Solid end-to-end recruitment experience in tech, cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
Spanish native or fluent, English for HQ communication.
Hands-on sourcing passive talents via LinkedIn and Mexican platforms.
Familiar with local labor market and hiring norms in Mexico.
Proactive, strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for Mexico and LATAM roles from posting to onboarding.
Lead local campus recruitment and graduate hiring programs.
Coordinate university partnerships, career fairs and interviews.
Collaborate with local hiring managers and HQ HR to align requirements.
Build pipelines for sales, presales, technical support and product roles.
Track recruitment metrics and optimize process and candidate experience.
