Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead multi-country HR operations across LATAM from a Mexico base. You will partner with Legal, Payroll and HRBPs to ensure compliant, scalable HR delivery while supporting country expansions and governance across several markets.

Strong experience in complex employee relations, change management and cross-cultural coordination is required, with English proficiency essential for regional collaboration.
