Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking an HR professional with regional experience to provide HR support across LATAM, including Mexico and Brazil. Fluent Spanish, English, and Portuguese are essential to collaborate with local leaders and staff.

You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal, monitor HR KPIs, manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, and compensation changes, and help standardize processes across LATAM while ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
• Experience with LATAM HR processes across different countries, especially Mexico and Brazil.
• Experience managing and monitoring HR KPIs and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with leaders and staff.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations, benefits, payroll practices, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and regional projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders across LATAM.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact, responding to inquiries and providing practical solutions.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, and compensation changes.
• Coordinate HR processes ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, benefits, payroll practices, and statutory requirements.
• Support employee relations, benefits, compensation, and annual HR processes.
• Monitor HR KPIs, reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
• Maintain confidential HR documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardize HR processes across LATAM.
• Support organizational changes, acquisitions, integrations, and regional HR projects.
• Partner with local vendors to ensure timely and high-quality HR services.
