Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief Operations & Process Specialist to bring order and transparency to staffing across Latin America. You will design and refine staffing workflows, align stakeholders, and resolve escalated staffing concerns to ensure reliable delivery.

You will collaborate with global teams, tackle uncertain scenarios with structured frameworks, and lead initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to implementation in a fast-paced environment. Strong Spanish and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a technology-focused organization.
• Fluency in Spanish; strong business English.
• Ability to convert unstructured details into actionable workflows.
• Comfort with uncertainty and changing environments.
• Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine staffing workflow systems for LATAM.
• Investigate complex operational flows and craft practical remedies.
• Produce documentation and scalable processes for teams.
• Align stakeholders to ensure consistent staffing tasks across functions.
• Assist with regional staffing needs and escalate staffing concerns.
• Lead improvements from start to finish with minimal supervision.
