Job summary

EPAM Systems in LATAM is seeking an Operations & Process Manager / Staffing Manager to streamline staffing and supply operations across the region. You will transform ambiguous workflows into clear, scalable processes and establish robust frameworks for resource allocation and bench management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT company, with staffing or operational process ownership.
• Native proficiency in Spanish; advanced English for professional and strategic communication.
• Strong structured, analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complexity into actionable processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
