• Experience leading regional process governance across planning domains.

• Strong stakeholder management across a matrix organization.
• Proven capability-building through training and knowledge transfer.

• Own regional governance for IOPs and GEN9 model implementation.
• Drive technology adoption and process standardization across LATAM.
• Develop SOPs, job aids, process maps and control points.
• Lead ESOAR-based transformation and continuous improvement.
