Job summary

EPAM Systems in LATAM is seeking an Operations & Process Manager / Staffing Manager to streamline staffing and supply operations across the region. You will transform ambiguous workflows into clear, scalable processes and establish robust frameworks for resource allocation and bench management.

• 5+ years of experience in an IT company, with staffing or operational process ownership.
• Native proficiency in Spanish; advanced English for professional and strategic communication.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
