Job summary

Laboratoires Filorga seeks a Senior Manager for Skin Health Export LATAM to drive growth across LATAM markets including Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia. You will lead distributor strategy and collaborate with teams in New York and Paris to deliver top-line Net Sales.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B sales, fluency in English and Spanish, and frequent travel across the LATAM region. Prior skincare/medical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in international distributor markets or indirect trade.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel.
• Experience in skincare/medical industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 3-year commercial plans and Net Sales targets across LATAM distributors.
• Manage distributor performance, pricing models, contracts, and A&P budgets.
• Direct regional trade marketing across clinics, pharmacies, and e-retailers.
• Collaborate with Global Brand Development Managers in New York and Paris.
• Coach distributor sales teams on planning, execution, and objectives.
