Job summary

HR Path seeks a LATAM HR Manager based in Mexico City to coordinate regional HR teams and align local practices with Group HR policies. You will lead HR transformation during acquisitions and oversee workforce planning, performance, and engagement across Latin America.

You will advise partners and local management on strategic HR matters, manage cross-country projects, and ensure compliance with labour laws while driving international growth.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR or HR Business Partner roles.
• Significant experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and change management.
• Experience coordinating multi-country HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local HR teams across the LATAM region.
• Ensure implementation of Group HR policies and processes.
• Monitor the region's key HR indicators and risks.
• Lead HR integration projects post-acquisitions and harmonise processes.
