You will collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and leadership to ensure compliant, scalable HR delivery as we expand across the region.

The role emphasizes complex employee relations, governance, and driving consistency in the People Operations model while supporting country expansions and workforce transformation

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Advanced multi-country or regional HR operational experience required.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational HR leadership across multiple LATAM countries.
• Lead organizational changes, restructures, transfers, and workforce transitions.
• Support country expansions and new market entry activity.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and cultural requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Payroll, and HR leadership to ensure scalable delivery.
• Coach and guide Global People Services teams.
