CHEP seeks an accomplished HR leader to own the people agenda for Latin America. You will translate global HR strategies into executable plans for corporate and frontline operations, partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.

The role requires building high-performing teams, shaping talent strategy, and overseeing complex change initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance across markets.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex multinational organizations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing business strategy.
