• 8+ years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Organizational Design & Strategy: Partner with regional Ads executives to design scalable workforce plans for rapid growth.
• Talent Management: Drive talent reviews, executive coaching, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Labor Compliance: Ensure strategies align with local labor regulations across LATAM (Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica).
• Data-Driven Insights: Use metrics to spot retention trends, address root issues, gauge engagement, and scale org health.
