Newell Brands in Mexico City seeks a Senior LATAM HR Consultant Manager to lead a team of HR Consultants and drive strategic HR initiatives across the region. The role partners with HRBPs, COEs, and leaders to execute talent, performance, and change management programs while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and regional leaders to enable leadership effectiveness, drive a high-performance culture, and deliver consistent HR support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR to business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience in a matrixed or global organization preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HRBP to understand and execute business strategies through talent initiatives.
• Support org, talent and culture actions defined by HR strategy to accelerate activation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Consultants for consistent HR support.
