Responsabilidades

• Assess client requirements for retail and POS workflows.
• Configure and maintain applications for retail integrations.
• Create documentation for client workflows.
• Provide UAT support for POS and Retail workflows.
• Monitor and assist in resolution of support tickets.
• Provide clients with release notes and training.
