A leading software company based in Mexico City is looking for an experienced Application Specialist for the Retail sector. This senior role requires at least 10 years of experience in retail systems software, focusing on implementation and support of their POS applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail store processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and technical expertise in various programming languages and database systems. Formación

• At least 10 years previous experience in a similar role working for a retail systems software provider or large retail.
• Good knowledge of store systems such as POS, Clienteling, Loyalty and store payment systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers' application and technical teams to help implement the Enactor software.
• Run workshops, training programs and technical sessions.
• Define and implement application configurations, enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
