Encore is seeking a dedicated recruitment professional to oversee the end-to-end process for available vacancies, coordinating across diverse sources and social media to publish roles.

The role involves screening candidates, scheduling interviews, guiding applicants through the application, and organizing psychometric tests and assessments to ensure a good fit for each area.

• Carry out the recruitment process for the available vacancies, in the different recruitment sources managed by the company.

1.1 Profiling

1.2 Perform the publication in different job boards and social media according to the profile requested

1.3. Filter viable candidates.

• Schedule appropriate appointments with potential candidates to fill available vacancies.

2.1. Conducting Initial Interviews by telephone

2.2. Cite Viable Candidates

• Provide close and ongoing advice to all candidates during the recruitment process, including those who directly assist the company in filling out their Application.

3.1. Request their updated CV or elaborated application.

3.2. Submit an Admission Form.

3.3. Give instructions for the application of Psychometric Tests

3.4. Interview and filter them for the corresponding area

3.5. Application of Theoretical Knowledge Assessment
