Responsibilities

• Schedule appropriate appointments with potential candidates to fill available vacancies.
• Conducting Initial Interviews by telephone.
• Cite Viable Candidates.
• Provide close and ongoing advice to all candidates during the recruitment process, including those who directly assist the company in filling out their Application.
• Request their updated CV or elaborated application.
• Submit an Admission Form.
• Give instructions for the application of Psychometric Tests.
• Interview and filter them for the corresponding area.
• Application of Theoretical Knowledge Assessment.
