Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to ensure the right talent for each position and to support department activities.

You will design recruitment strategies, manage internal selections, promote vacancies, and handle offer letters, psychometric testing, and onboarding documentation to keep staffing aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English desirable.
• Deep knowledge of strategic recruitment for direct, indirect, and salary positions.
• Basic knowledge of Federal Labor Law; familiarity with System Three payroll database.
• Proficient in MS Office; at least intermediate Excel.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for providing the right human talent for each position and ensuring the correct execution of activities to provide adequate support within the department.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment and Selection:

• Compliance with recruitment and selection procedures for operational and staff level.
• Design strategies for the recruitment and selection process for all levels of the Company
• Management of the internal selection process
• Publish and promote vacancies through the different sources of recruitment (newspaper, internet, job boards, brochures, etc.).
• Prepare offer letters to candidates based on compensation information.
• Key player of the team for the incorporation process.
• Application of psychometric tests.
• Personnel Management. Preparation of personnel files for new hires.
• Updating of templates in changes of address, salary and / or personal data.
• Generate badges of new entry staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education and Qualifications

• Desired bachelor's degree in management or related
• Desirable 2 years in similar position
• English advanced desirable
• Desired deep knowledge of the strategic recruitment process for Direct Work, Indirect Work and Salary positions, Basic knowledge of Federal Labor Law, knowledge in System Three (payroll database), Talent detection and attraction, MS Office, at least medium label in Excel
