Agilent Technologies in Mexico City seeks a full-time customer support engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of complex systems. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Expertise in Citrix, Windows OS, and cloud platforms is crucial. Strong English communication skills are also necessary for training customers in laboratory informatic products and resolving technical issues.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position or as an end user.
• Practical knowledge of IT in network and database under regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through on-site installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Train customers in Laboratory Informatic Products.

Expert/knowledge of Citrix
