Responsibilities

• Install and optimize hardware, software and network configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues; perform maintenance and repairs.
• Provide preventive maintenance recommendations and configurations to optimize product performance.
• Deliver on-site training and knowledge transfer to customers and other field engineers.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to resolve customer issues.
