NTT DATA is seeking an L2 Support Specialist in Guadalajara, Mexico to resolve L2 issues with detailed analysis and participate in code fixes and testing where required.

The role requires Unix, SQL and scripting knowledge, plus experience in Java development and application support. You will work on product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms and contribute to delivery improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Unix, SQL and knowledge of other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java.

Responsabilidades

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
• Enhance the performance of the applications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams.
• Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Demonstrate collaboration and communication in a global environment.
